Sharing Hugs & Kisses Today

Welcome Blog Hoppers!
Super Excited to be sharing Hugs & Kisses today!!

If you know me in blog-land and emails, you know I am a hugger. *giggle*
I give lots of *hugs* in my messages as well as *winks* *giggles* and *grins*.   Sew how could I EVER pass up an opportunity to give *kisses* TOO!

I don’t think I could send enough Hugs and Kisses to Madame Samm for her endless ideas for Blog Hops and her fantastic Cheerleading skills.   As well as to  Cheerleader Jane for doing all the organizing for this hop… there’s lots going on behind the scenes…her hard work is Appreciated!
Hugs and Kisses to you both!!

So are you ready to be smothered in LOVE????
Here come the *Hugs* and *Kisses*…*giggle*

My first *Hug* goes to a mini table runner I can't resist sharing from a class in my past...It’s on my table right now for Valentine’s day..

My first *Kiss* goes to this beauty… A Pinnie for my Partner in a Secret Swap.  It went in the Mail Yesterday...… I found the Tutorial HERE.

My second *Kiss* goes to a FUN Table Runner I finished this past Sunday.
A Gift for My Sister in Law.

I have to share the story behind this runner.
It was a Mistake..My sister in law made a quilt for our Niece over a year ago.  She had her quilt completely basted and ready for quilting when she realized she'd left off an Entire Row.
She was so frustrated she didn’t want to see the left over row ever again.  I took the row home to keep safe *giggle*...I've had it for awhile, and this Blog Hop inspired me to create something with it!!! *grin*
I couldn’t resist adding some hearts and making it into a Wonderful Valentine’s Table Runner.. I knew it would fit her Dining Room Table..she'd be surprised to see it and hopefully she'd love it again...
IT FIT PERFECT!!! ..and She DID Love it.. and I got a real *HUG* for saving it from the ruins!

Here’s a Close up of the Quilting.. I got to practice some more Free Motion quilting.  Getting Better but still need more practice.. *wink*

When I delivered the Table runner...There was this WONDERFUL *Hug* hanging on her Door Step...Sew I am sharing my Sister in Law's Project.

Her Hearts Wall Hanging.. She’s had this project in a bin for over 20 years, Can you believe that!!! What a great project hiding in a bin...Now she has this Beauty displayed at her Door Step for Everyone to Enjoy.

Yes…Those are ½ inch Log Cabin blocks making up those Hearts and even the background are pieced Log Cabin blocks.. AMAZING!!!
Love those Hearts!
She did an Awesome job on it!!! I still can't believe it's been hiding for SEW LONG!!!
It's full of Hugs and Kisses!!!

AND my Last and *BIGGEST KISS* goes to all my Flickr "Ima Bee" Hivemates..I am receiving blocks Daily as I type this…I will have a TOTAL of 25 blocks and am SUPER excited.  Here are my blocks...
Here's a sampling of what I've received so far. Each bee member sends two blocks...I will end up making the quilt 5 blocks x 5 blocks.  Going to use a 1 inch sashing so that the black just sets the blocks off *giggle*  Isn't this ADORABLE!!!  One gal was super sweet and sent the ALL Red Block and it will just make the whole quilt SING even louder "Hugs and Kisses"
I called the block "Floating Hearts"…as I asked Each BEE to place
their Heart wherever within the block they’d like.
I am absolutely in love with this soon to be Quilt...*giggle*
I found this block over at Dutch Comfort's Blog and I just ran with it…
What do YOU think???
Black sashing going to work with this????

Thank you SEW much for stopping by so I can give you *Hugs* and *Kisses*
Till Next Time..
*Kiss Kiss*

There is a great group of Quilters sharing *Hugs* and *Kisses with me today.
Here’s today’s schedule with a link below to the FULL schedule.

I almost wonder what it would look like without sashing - the blocks would disappear into each other and without the delineation the hearts may appear to 'float' more! Might be worth a go!
I love your hearts. Beautiful!

Thanks for all the hugs and kisses! *Makes me feel all warm and quilty*

I love all your projects. My favorite has to be the rescued and row that you turned into the table runner. Love the story behind this one.

I do also love the log cabin blocks hearts. Log Cabin is one of my favorite patterns and I never cease to be amazed at what these blocks can make.

Thanks so much for sharing ... :) Pat

I love your stories of "rescue" projects this week. How great to save the forgotten row from your niece's quilt and then add some hearts to the blocks to give to your SIL! Then when you go to deliver your surprise, you see that after 20 years, she has finished a UFO! Another great save! I love your tablerunner. It looks like toile for the border. It looks great. Your heart quilt is coming together nicely. That red block is really going to pop. Black sashing is going to be perfect. Thank you for sharing all your family's creativity.
